Job Overview:
The Marketing Program Manager (MPM) is responsible for the coordination and implementation of marketing projects and campaigns. They work with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of marketing projects are communicated and executed, driving the marketing strategy of the organization.

Responsibilities:

Project Management: Manage marketing projects, including coordinating with different teams, setting project schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring projects meet their deadlines.

Strategic Planning: Contribute to the strategic planning of marketing initiatives and campaigns, ensuring alignment with the overall business goals.

Collaboration: Work closely with various teams (including sales, product, and design) to ensure effective execution of marketing programs.

Campaign Management: Oversee the development, launch, and measurement of complex marketing campaigns.

Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets, ensuring resources are used effectively and ROI is maximized.

Performance Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing programs and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of marketing materials and campaigns.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on project or program management.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software and tools. Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, Google Analytics).

Soft Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Other: Understanding of marketing strategies and market trends.
