Job Description:

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Compliance Specialist to join our IT Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all HR practices and policies within the IT Infrastructure department comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. The candidate will also be responsible for implementing best practices and maintaining accurate records to support HR compliance efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement HR compliance policies and procedures specific to the IT Infrastructure department in alignment with company-wide HR policies.
  2. Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to HR compliance within the IT Infrastructure domain.
  3. Conduct regular audits and assessments of HR practices within the IT Infrastructure department to identify areas of non-compliance or areas for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with HR and legal teams to address any compliance issues or concerns within the IT Infrastructure department.
  5. Provide guidance and support to IT Infrastructure managers and employees on HR compliance matters, including but not limited to employee relations, performance management, and workplace conduct.
  6. Ensure that all HR-related documentation, including employee records and policies, are accurate, up-to-date, and stored securely.
  7. Develop and deliver training programs and workshops for IT Infrastructure employees to promote awareness of HR compliance requirements and best practices.
  8. Serve as a liaison between the IT Infrastructure department and external regulatory agencies or auditors during compliance audits or investigations.
  9. Monitor and track compliance-related metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) within the IT Infrastructure department and report findings to senior management.
  10. Continuously assess and improve HR compliance processes and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to best practices.
  11. Working Shift - Evening Shift from 6 PM to 3 AM

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree / Masters Degree in human resources, Information Technology, Computer Science is Required
  2. Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in HR compliance roles, with specific experience in IT Infrastructure or technology-related industries preferred.
  3. Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and compliance requirements, including but not limited to employment laws, data privacy regulations, and industry standards.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex HR compliance concepts to non-HR stakeholders.
  5. Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for HR compliance improvements.
  6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  7. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Proficiency in HRIS systems and software applications like, as well as Bamboo HR, Intune, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  9. Strong ethics and integrity, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
