Job Overview:
As a Marketing Data Analyst, your role is to leverage data to help the organization make more informed, strategic decisions related to marketing campaigns and customer engagement. You will collect and analyze data from various sources, develop reports, and provide insights to the marketing team to help optimize marketing efforts and improve overall performance.

Responsibilities:

Data Collection & Analysis: Gather complex data from various sources, analyze it to identify trends and insights, and provide recommendations to enhance marketing strategies and initiatives.

Reporting: Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards on marketing metrics. Communicate findings and insights to the team and management to assist decision-making.

Campaign Analysis: Measure and analyze campaign and marketing success across various channels and customer segments.

Market Research: Assist in conducting market research to identify new opportunities and monitor industry trends.

Customer Segmentation: Conduct data analyses that lead to actionable insights on customer segmentation and profiling.

Data Quality Management: Ensure data accuracy and consistency and manage data cleansing activities when necessary.

Performance Optimization: Use insights derived from data to suggest tests and assist in the development of new strategies to improve marketing effectiveness.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field. A Master's degree in a related field would be a plus.

Experience: 2+ years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably in a marketing environment.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in statistical analysis, quantitative analytics, forecasting/predictive analytics, multivariate testing, and optimization algorithms. Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau). Strong knowledge of Excel.

Soft Skills: Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills to effectively present complex data in a clear manner.

Other: Understanding of data privacy regulations.
