Job Overview:

As an Analyst in the Software Engineering department, you will play a crucial role in the planning, operation, and evaluation of software projects. Your main tasks will involve analyzing the software development lifecycle, studying system requirements, monitoring project progress, and generating useful reports to optimize the productivity of the team.

Responsibilities:

Software Analysis: Study system requirements and oversee system plan design to ensure it aligns with business needs.

Project Tracking: Monitor and report on project progress, software validation, and performance indicators.

Documentation: Document and maintain software functionalities, guidelines, and coding standards.

Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the QA team to optimize testing procedures and ensure software meets quality standards.

Collaboration: Work closely with software developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth progress of software development.

Troubleshooting: Assist in the identification, troubleshooting, and resolution of software defects and problems.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in software development, software analysis, or a related role.

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles, methodologies, and tools. Proficiency in at least one major programming language.

Soft Skills: Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Other: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management tools.
