The Online Marketing Analyst plays a crucial role in the success of the organization's online marketing efforts. The role involves analyzing various metrics related to web traffic and online campaign performance, generating reports, and providing actionable insights to help optimize the organization's online marketing initiatives and strategies.

Responsibilities:

Data Analysis: Collect, process, and analyze various data related to the company's online marketing efforts, including web traffic, SEO, PPC campaigns, social media, email marketing, and other online marketing initiatives.

Reporting: Create detailed reports and dashboards on online marketing performance, customer behavior, and competitor analysis.

Insights & Recommendations: Provide insights and actionable recommendations to optimize online marketing strategies and tactics.

Campaign Tracking: Track the performance of online marketing campaigns, analyze the results, and suggest improvements.

Market Research: Conduct online market research to keep up with industry trends and competitor activities.

A/B Testing: Assist in planning and executing A/B testing for various online marketing initiatives to improve their effectiveness.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience: 2+ years of experience in online/digital marketing analysis.

Technical Skills: Strong skills in data analysis and interpretation. Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and social media analytics. Familiarity with SEO and PPC platforms.

Soft Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication skills to effectively present data insights.

Other: Understanding of online marketing strategies and tactics.
