We are looking for an experienced Product Upload Expert with a strong background in Magento to manage product uploads, data analysis, and competitor benchmarking for our IT infrastructure and service-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mindset and a keen eye for detail, ensuring high-quality product listings and competitive insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Uploads and Management:
    • Upload and manage products on the Magento platform, ensuring accurate and detailed descriptions, specifications, and categorization.
    • Regularly update product catalogs with new items, pricing adjustments, and feature updates for IT infrastructure and service-based solutions.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Conduct data analysis on product performance and create detailed reports for stakeholders.
    • Use analytical tools to interpret data trends and improve product listings and visibility.
  • Competitor Analysis:
    • Analyze competitors' websites for comparable products, pricing, and feature updates.
    • Extract and evaluate competitor data to inform strategic adjustments to product offerings.
  • SEO Optimization:
    • Implement best practices for SEO within Magento to optimize product visibility.
    • Work on improving product rankings through keyword research and SEO techniques.
  • Collaboration and Support:
    • Collaborate closely with product managers, marketing, and IT teams to ensure listings align with overall business objectives.
    • Support teams in troubleshooting product upload issues and Magento-related queries.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience with product upload and management on Magento (Magento 2 experience preferred).
    • Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure and service-based products.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong understanding of Magento CMS, with experience in bulk product uploads, attribute setup, and categorization.
    • Familiarity with data analysis tools and competitor analysis frameworks.
    • SEO knowledge specific to e-commerce product listings.
  • Analytical Skills:
    • Ability to interpret data for trends and make data-driven decisions.
    • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Google Analytics, or similar).
  • Additional Skills:
